Petplan to offer extended customer service hours

We are delighted to inform our customers that Petplan is now offering extended customer service centre hours to help you and your pet's needs. You can reach our customer service centre now during the following hours:

Mondays – Fridays
8:30am to 10.30pm (AESDT)

Saturdays
9.00am to 5.00pm (AESDT)

Sundays
10.00am to 4.00pm (AESDT)

These extended hours will allow us to better assist our customers in Western Australia and across the country.
Please note that our claims and accounts team still operate during the usual business hours stated on our website.
