COVID-19 Update

Following the direction of the Victorian Government stage 4 lock down the majority of Petplan workforce across Australia will be working from home effective Thursday 6^th August 2020.

Our scale and experience puts us in good stead to manage this new way of working and we assure our customers that we stand ready to support them through this difficult time.

You may find some minor delays to our service levels during this period and we appreciate your patience during this time.

As the situation moves forward and if there are any further changes to our service levels or different ways how we will operate we will keep you informed.
